The Hourglass project is currently erected along the Zuid-As (South-axis) in Amsterdam, immediately adjacent to the NoMA-house building and consists of an 80 m tall new office building shaped like an hourglass. The building has a floor surface of approximately 35.000 m2 BVO and houses a mix of office function, extended stay hotel apartments and commercial functions. Over half of the office area (19.100 m2 BVO) has been rented by Loyens & Loeff. The building plot is located along the Parnassusweg at the Zuid-As of Amsterdam.
The tower will have an underground parking basement of 2 layers, a roof terrace and commercial area on the ground floor.

NoMA House

 
The NoMA House is an office building at the Zuid-as in Amsterdam in the centre of the so-called ‘financial mile’ and offers approximately 14.000 m2 LFA in 11 storeys. It is extremely energie-efficient (Breeam Excellent) and it's layout is very flexible. In future it will therefore be very easy to completely change the layout.
The NoMA House has been designed by Architect Diederik Dam (Dam & Partners) as a composition of light, transparent volumes centred around an inner courtyard. It has beautiful roof terraces built for extra light, air and a sense of space. The facades have been made of natural stone. The windows are floor to floor and there is a spectacular glass entrance – with views to the inner couryard, which makes the building inviting, accessible and transparent.
 

Maastower

The construction of the 165 m tall Maastoren in Rotterdam (highest building to date) began in 2007 in what is called "Kop van Zuid", in the Maas river. The Maastower has two underground parking layers. The main entrance, the entrances to the parking garages, the logistics, a grand cafe, meeting rooms and a restaurant are all located on the ground and first floor. A ramp, which runs through the restaurant area and the entrance hall, allows access to the 10 parking layers for public parking above ground level. From the 12th floor, the office area starts, where the 12th floor acts as an archive and fitness area.

Renovation Sijthoff building The Hague

The Sijthoff building in the centre of The Hague at the corner of the Grote Markstraat and the Wagenstraat has undergone a transformation. The 'old' building consisted of one layer with retail and six office layers. After the renovation, there are now two shopping floors (with a total GFA of 4.750m2) and 6.300m2 GFA office area.
