The former ING office park at the Velperweg in Arnhem will be transformed into apartments. The so called "Kruisgebouw" will have some 285 rental apartments and on the ground floor horeca and possibly a supermarket. In the "Oostgebouw" some 70 apartments will be made and on the ground floor commercial area. The "Westgebouw" will be demolished and in its place 40 apartments will be built.
Maanplein in The Hague, a project by Zonneveld ingenieurs from 1996, has been redeveloped. Six offices have been transformed into 246 private sector rental properties, twenty social housing properties and three commercial spaces. The buildings have gotten a facelift with balconies and new patios. The gardens and spaces between the buildings have also been rearrarranged. The residences with their high-quality finish and several sizes between 60 and 130 m2 have ceilings of more than three metres high. All residences have their own parking lot and storage.
THE HAGUE
The old post office at Neude in Utrecht is a familiar sight for Utrecht's residences. The building is no longer a post office and is being redeveloped whilst maintaining its monumental character.
The central library will take up a large part of the building, as well as shops and horeca. The basement will house a bike garage and a food market.
