Het project omvat 240 appartementen in vier gebouwen, waarvan de hoogste 60m boven maaiveld. De gebouwen zijn ontworpen door JSA architecten uit Rotterdam. 
Zonneveld heeft al vroeg in het ontwerp samen met JSA een stramienplan ontwikkeld op basis waarvan de verschillende blokken verder zijn ontworpen. Uiteindelijk is ervoor gekozen het half verdiept parkeren onder de twee hoogste gebouwen weg te laten, waarmee een heldere en efficiënte parkeerbak onder de binnentuin is ontstaan. Gezien de grondwaterproblematiek is er veel aandacht besteedt aan het aanlegniveau van het parkeren welke in bestrating is uitgevoerd.
Op dit moment is het project volop in uitvoering. De oplevering wordt medio 2021 verwacht.

Residential towers Boston & Seattle Rotterdam

The Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam has two new residential towers; Boston & Seattle. The residential towers, both 70 meters tall, have a remarkable appearance, and all 250 apartments have a magnificent view over the Rijnharbour.
Except for apartments, the buildings have 1.500m2 available on the ground floor for retail and horeca. Above the 1st floor there are 4 split-level parking layers, providing the residents with their own parking space and underneath the buildings is a public parking of 2 levels. On top of the 5th floor, between the two towers, the residents can enjoy the benefits of a roof garden, covered with sedum, moss and herbs.
The residential towers are the first in the Netherlands to receive 3 sustainability certificates.

Gershwin Brothers Amsterdam

For plot 13 & 15 of the Gershwin area in Amsterdam, two apartment buildings have been designed with a total of 160 rental apartments. The buildings were designed together, but each has its own character. Between the buildings is a semi-public green area. The building on plot 13 has been built around a private couryard bordering the water. Underneath the buildings is a communal parking garage of two layers. The project was finished in 2017.

Both buildings were designed in BIM.
