In Parkstad zuid, the construction of the project "IMAGINE" has begun; a new building for plot K3 in the south of Rotterdam. The project will be located at the corner of the Laan op Zuid and the 2e Rosestraat and consists of a new residential building with two residential towers with a total of 295 residences and a parking garage. Of those residences, there will be 287 apartments and 8 city houses. (Part of) the plinth of the residential towers will be reserved for commercial and social functions.
The new building will consist of 3 parts: a residential tower of maximally 50 meter high, a residential tower of maximally 50 meter high and an intermediate section with a maximum height of 22 meter.

The project will also have a court yard for its residents. The court yard can be used as an extra 'green' living room, to meet and relax. The parking garage has a private area for residents only and a public area with space for a total of 134 cars.

Redevelopment SPOT X | Y | Z

 
SPOT X and Y is the new project on plot X and Y in Amsterdam Zuid Oost. Plot X consists of approx. 34.000m² BVO residential area, 2.500m² offices, 560m² horeca, 350m² voorzieningen and 270m² retail. Plot X will be built on a parking garage with 2 parking layers and a total of approx. 256 parking places, which runs underneath the entire plot (3.800m²).
Plot Y consists of approx. 29.500 m² residential area and 11.140m² for other purposes and has a parking basement of approx. 9.300m².

S-West

Het project omvat 240 appartementen in vier gebouwen, waarvan de hoogste 60m boven maaiveld. De gebouwen zijn ontworpen door JSA architecten uit Rotterdam. 
Zonneveld heeft al vroeg in het ontwerp samen met JSA een stramienplan ontwikkeld op basis waarvan de verschillende blokken verder zijn ontworpen. Uiteindelijk is ervoor gekozen het half verdiept parkeren onder de twee hoogste gebouwen weg te laten, waarmee een heldere en efficiënte parkeerbak onder de binnentuin is ontstaan. Gezien de grondwaterproblematiek is er veel aandacht besteedt aan het aanlegniveau van het parkeren welke in bestrating is uitgevoerd.
Op dit moment is het project volop in uitvoering. De oplevering wordt medio 2021 verwacht.
EINDHOVE

Deelproject 3A/4A en 5A/5B Project Kooiplein - Leiden

The former Kooiplein underwent a true metamorphosis. The public space was completely redesigned, and several streets were closed off from through traffic. Space was created for water among other things. A new parking garage was realised with around 3.200 m2 of shopping space on ground level. Besides the supermarket, there are also several new shopping units with a flowershop, bakery and horeca. On top of the shops residences have been built. On the other side of the Kooilaan there is another large supermarket. 
Because of the expansion in the number of shops, and the great parking facilities, Kooiplein is the lively centre of Leiden Noord. located along the Kooilaan as well as the Willem de Zwijgerlaan and because of the great connection to public transport, this shopping centre has great appeal.
